-->How will we know if Home care services is suitable for us?

The service will cater to a broad range of patients. The first will be patients (or the people who care for them) who opt for the service due to time constraints and an aversion to spending large amounts of time getting to and from hospitals, waiting in line for treatment that can otherwise be delivered at home. The second will be patients who have limited mobility and as a matter of necessity, find home nursing a practical solution. And then you have those that simply prefer convalescing in the comfort of their own home

Yes, at Swastik all our therapists are experienced and registered to ensure that the quality of care is consistently at the highest levels.


-->Do I need a doctor referral?

You do not require a doctor's referral to be treated by a physiotherapist. You can directly contact us.


-->Do you only look after the aged?

Our range of services caters to all ages.


-->How long is a treatment?

A treatment usually lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour. We do not charge by the hour -- we charge by the treatment. When a session is slightly longer or shorter in duration we do not alter our fee.


-->How often will I need to be traeted?

In order to get the greatest benefit from the treatment, new clients are usually seen seen daily for the first few treatments until their symptoms subside. However, treatment may vary according to the conditions of patient.


-->How do I pay?

You will be invoiced every two weeks. You should then send a cash / cheque to SWASTIK HOMECARE for payment. We do not accept credit cards.
